Typical Daily Schedule
9:00 - 9:15 Take roll and put lunches away
9:15 - 11:30 Offensive & Defensive position skills and techniques
11:30 - 12:30 Lunch
12:30 - 2:45 Individual fundamental period; Team period
2:45 - 3:00 Dismissal in the school cafeteria
What to Bring
- Come dressed to participate
- Full Football Uniform
- Cleats to use outside and tennis shoes for inclement weather
Jump Start the Season
This camp is designed to provide quality instruction for all football players at any age or level. Under the supervision of highly
qualified coaches, the participants will have the opportunity to further their physical skills while improving their knowledge of the game.
The camp will be divided into three sections according to level of experience. Each group will be taught the fundamentals, techniques and drills
necessary to improve their performance. Our goal is to provide each player the means to maximize his ability for the upcoming season.
The size of our camp in the past has allowed us to place each camper in a group with other campers within a year of his age.
